The KC coupling is an elastic coupling with a very simple structure. It is composed of a coupling chain and a pair of coupling sprockets. Flexible and strong, roller chain couplings are suitable for a wide range of coupling applications.
Roller chain couplings can be used in high temperature, humid and dirty environments. It is not suitable for occasions with high speed and large impact load. Roller chain couplings should work under good lubrication and protective cover conditions.
Common chain couplings include double roller chain couplings, single row roller chain couplings, toothed chain couplings, and nylon chain couplings. It is compact in size and light in weight. However, the roller chain coupling does not require high installation accuracy.
